Privacy Policy

AccountingCY collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, manage diagnostic lessons, provide one-to-one lessons and send the monthly Accounting Progress Brief when a person subscribes.

Information collected

Information may include name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, student level, exam board, school system, preferred schedule and lesson-related notes provided by the parent or student.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange diagnostic lessons, manage lesson scheduling, provide lesson support, send requested newsletter updates and improve the service.

Newsletter consent

The Accounting Progress Brief is sent only to people who subscribe or clearly request it. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe option.

Data sharing

Personal information is not sold. It may be processed through service providers used for enquiries, email, scheduling, analytics or advertising measurement, such as FormSubmit, Google, MailerLite, TidyCal or Meta, where relevant.

Student information

For students under 18, parent contact information is preferred for enquiries and scheduling.
